Comment: I called Mr Marks in a panic after getting myself in a terrible situation! One that could have landed me in a very bad out come. Not knowing how to proceed, Me marks called me back with in minutes of my email to him ( during late evening hours). He didnt just tell me what I wanted to hear, he was very upfront with me about the possible outcome? Then he proceeded to explain how the process would go,( very slowly) & he was correct! Because of that he said hed take payments as long as it was paid in full before the court date! It was 7 months later before I got my summons for the first hearing, which by then I had paid the fees in full. I was scared to death and had very many sleepless nights during this time, but when we finally got to court, I was so anxious I could have jumped out of my skin! I have dealt with many Attorney’s in my past and Shaun Marks is the best Attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. I have not drove in twenty years due to 5 DUI’S and other violations. I attempted to represent myself during my first appeal and was Denied. I had to wait for another year for my next appeal. This time around I decided to have an Attorney present my case. I spent countless hours searching online and meeting with different attorney’s to represent me. I was most impressed with Attorney Shaun Marks because of his high rate of success and his 100% positive attitude towards an successful outcome. Shaun Marks got the job done! I was on the road again ,with restrictions and an Interlock device for 1 Year.
