Comment: I was notified of a hearing for a situation that seemed implausible. No attorney was willing to work with me and the ones that were, made it quite apparent that I would lose. The amount of negativity that I received while calling around to find representation was gut wrenching to me. Losing this case meant losing my house, my license, my vehicle, my career, and possibly my children. Comment: I spent 4 times to try and get my drivers license reinstated from the state of Michigan. I was denied every time. This year 2023 I decided to get a lawyer. Comment: I went to Jason for a driver license restoration case on a 2nd DUI. I had already been denied once while fully sober and trying to get it reinstated on my own. The denial was so disheartening that I decided to stay sober but carry on without a license so I didnt keep wasting time and money. After nearly 20 years without a license for two very minor DUI offenses(the 2nd one I had a .08 BAL and loud music late at night)I decided I owed it to my family and myself to try. That said and long story short, the individual that pulled me over was only after increasing his numbers.
