Comment: I, Yvonne, have Dan to thank for the person I am today. 3 DUI in 6 months I had hit rock bottom , needed the best of the best attorney. Dan Larin, was recommended by my brother (police) and because of him I was able to avoid jail time on my first with non reporting probation, avoid felonies, be accepted into a sobriety court program in Ingham county (resident of Oakland County) and began a new life [of recovery]. Sobriety court in Ingham county was unaware of the fact that I could have a license restored after x amount of days with an ignition interlock device. He introduced this information to the judge and probation officers and led the way for the whole program to have restricted driving privileges. I had a few probation violations and naturally , I came running to Dan for representation, me during my probation and there after I had some issues with my interlock and false readings he made sure I had all proper documentation and took the right steps. Fear kept me from going in-front of the hearing board to have my full License restored. We recently took that step and Dan got my license fully restored. Dan is the best of the best! Through all the years having a different attorney was never a thought on my mind! He restored my license , educated the courts on newest laws, remembered me and my story.

Comment: After numerous Duis my drivers license was revoked. After 17 long painful years without my license and numerous attempts at failed appeals. I contacted Dan and he was able to get my license restored and with no restrictions.
