I was falsely accused of domestic violence, assault with intent to do bodily harm and was arrested based off of no evidence. As soon as I was bailed out, I looked up multiple law firms and Mr Davis stuck out to me. I called him and explained the situation. I gave him the docket to read and he called me not even an hour later saying it didn’t make any sense and said he could help. I retained him and he has been there ever since! He answered every email, call I placed. He showed up to every court proceeding and was even able to close this case. I explained to him the importance of needing my license for work or I could lose my job and I also live out of state so i would need my warrants taken care of via zoom. Well he did more for me than i would have even thought possible! He went out of his way to talk to the prosecutors supervisor to get me a better deal so I wouldnt have to lose my license! I truly felt like he cared about what my needs were and he was actually able to do something about it! He had a bad reaction to recreational drugs and the hospital attempted to involuntarily commit him. We were at a loss as to how to handle this situation. It was time sensitive and Mr. Davis jumped right in. He went to the preliminary court hearing and told them we wanted an independent evaluation. Mr. Davis found a doctor (and set up the appointment) for the evaluation which ultimately resulted in a dismissal of the case. He was pleasant to deal with, very knowledgeable and confident. He returned our text messages and phone calls in a timely fashion. Hopefully we will never need his services again, but if we do, we would not hesitate to call on his office again or to recommend him.

Being new to the Detroit, Michigan area, I hadn’t a clue who to even call. So, like many of you folks, my online search for a lawyer with good reviews, began. With each result, Mr. Davis’ name appeared over and over, over the course of four days. Now, it’s Sunday. Who would talk to me about my son’s case on a sunny, Sunday afternoon? Mr. Davis’ website showed his office as being open twenty-four (24) hours so I figured, {What the heck}? I’ll give him a call and leave a message in hopes that maybe, just maybe, he’d return my call before appearing in court or something. So, I called and actually spoke with a live person. I left a message detailing the specifics about my son’s case. TALK ABOUT THE ELEMENT OF SURPRISE...Mr. Davis returned my telephone on this sunny Sunday. We talked briefly and I knew at that moment that he was the right person to handle my son’s case. My gut instinct, my intuition, my sixth sense, my overall—discernment confirmed Mr. Davis was the right lawyer for us. The next day, Mr. Davis was literally on the case. He’d already gone down to the Wayne County Juvenile court and obtained a copy of my son’s file. We met face-to-face after our initial contact the very next day. Mr. Davis was punctual and professional. He listened. He cared. He said he could help. Very quickly, my son’s case had turned into a high-profiled case. Mr. Davis’ phone rang,repeatedly. Calls, emails, texts, and private messages were coming so quickly, I couldn’t keep up; but, Mr. Davis could. He and his staff handled the press tactfully and with the utmost ease more so, than I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Fast forward here... my son’s case was dismissed prior to his scheduled court appearance and just after Mr. Davis announced he’d hold a press conference before the hearing. Again, Talk about the element of surprise...Most lawyers would’ve stopped here. But, Mr. Davis didn’t. He continued to work diligently. He worked with Journalist, Shaun King, in an effort to demand that Wayne County Prosecutor, Kim Worthy, apologize to my family and change her office policies on how juvenile cases are handled, etc. A few days ago, a letter of “Mistake of Judgement...this case is permanently dismissed...” was issued by Kim Worthy. For those of you reading this review, I hope by now, you’ve already called Mr. Davis’ office and hired him as your legal voice. Oh, and I nearly forgot to mention. Mr. Davis’ legal fees are so AFFORDABLE, they really can’t be beat. Mr. Davis, I hope you’re reading this review. I can never repay you for what you’ve done for my son, my family. For there’s no dollar value that can be placed on the integrity, the passion and hard work that you hold. I thank you. We thank you. I was driving on suspended licenses for two years and when I called Attorney Davis he were able to get the warrant dropped and speak with the DA to drop the DWLS to driving with no licenses on me. He was very much on his game and knew the right words to say when the Judge asked her questions. He is a very good attorney and I will recommend him to everyone I know that may need a lawyer. By the way I will be using him again for legal advice. If you ever need a lawyer please call Attorney Maurice Davis you wont regret it....
