Comment: I was employed as a tanker truck driver and two years ago I was struck by a piece of equipment on a job site. I had some serious injuries and was in constant pain. My employer did not have workmans comp insurance, I could not work and I was worried that I would have to pay a very large medical bill, so after a few weeks I reached out to Fieger Law, and I am so glad that I did. The process was not easy, lots of ups and downs, but 20 months later my case was settled just a few days before scheduled trial. Comment: I never pictured myself needing a lawyer. Honestly I didnt initially set anything up either my parents urged me and contacted Feigers law firm after my injury. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and felt like they cared not only about the case but about my well being at all times. I dealt with Donald Dawson as my lawyer, and though I have no prior experience with any sort of lawyers or situations of that nature. I would highly reccomend anyone in need to him. He is not only thorough but very easy to talk to. Its almost amusing to write a positive review about a lawyer as most people like to think a certain way of lawyers, but I will say that throughout my case I felt very positively about my experience with the fieger law firm.I am very thankful that I went the direction I did, and without this firm I dont believe i would have had the same outcome. Comment: I was hit by a pickup truck in the parking lot at work back in December of 2018 and I now have to have rotator cuff surgery and I went to check on my options. They were very prompt as I arrived about an hour early and they got me in to speak with 2 lawyers about my case. They explained the actions that they were to make and how they are payed , which is done after any settlement.
