It was bad judgement on his part for sure but not something we felt our son should lose his license over and/or our insurance cost skyrocket. Comment: I write this review as a new driver who was given a second chance by Mark. As a stranger, I ask a favor: if you need help, listen to these reviews and please choose Mark. As a driver who hasnt even driven for even a year yet, I managed to blow two stop signs in front of a cop. The cherry on top was that I had never been pulled over before and didnt even have my proof of insurance ready. This was my first ticket and I knew I couldnt fight it alone. I looked to Google and found Mark. I read all his reviews and called him the next day. I asked him about what seemed like an impossible task. The whole process of working with him and his team restored my faith that there were still people to help. Every time I got in my car, I thought it was my last. I was facing a misdemeanor, reckless driving ticket (6 points on my clear driving record, driving suspension, possibility of losing my professional work license, my job, etc) lots of things Ive worked hard for to get and keep, almost to be ruined, just by a poor judgement call on my end. I was reading up on the consequences and I almost couldnt believe how severe they were. This honestly scared me. Were only human and everyone makes mistakes. Ive never been in this type of situation before. I was ashamed with myself. I was also putting a damper on my wife and children. They dont deserve that. I knew at that point, I needed someone that was going to hopefully, help me get this case resolved. So I did lots of research online. I came across Mark Freedmans lawfirm rather quickly. With good reason. I read many of his past testimonials. All in which were successful results. I knew right away, this was the lawyer I needed. I emailed Mark over a Holiday weekend and his response was quick. Stated that he will contact me on Monday. Well, Monday morning came and Mark called. Right away, wanted the details about the case. Spoke about what I was facing (the scary stuff) and what the best ultimate outcome could be. I hired Mark as my lawyer immediately. I just trusted him, after having one conversation. Mr. Freedman was very thorough, honest, professional and direct. Didnt sugarcoat anything. After one phone call, I was already at ease. Took lots of stress off me. The district court I was dealing with, was a very strict court. Mark prepared me for that right away. Mr. Freedman stayed in contact with me thru email and phone. Always responded quickly. This case/process took a couple months. Mark worked very hard, with the prosecutor, to work out a plea. When judgement day came at pre-trial, I was very nervous. But at the same time, I knew I had a good lawyer that had my back every step of the way. With Mr. Freemans hard work, skill and going above and beyond the call of duty, the charges got dropped to a C/I (civil infraction) 3 points, some community service, drivers EIP level 2 course and a small fine. A small price to pay Ill say. Compared to what could of happened if I didnt have Mark defending me. I was very relieved! Didnt have to worry about losing my good job or my licenses. The bottom line is this. Mark treated me like family. We had heart to heart conversations and he let me vent when I felt like I needed to. Always told me to remain optimistic. Mark empathized and completely understood, how I felt, thru this whole experience. I am forever grateful. This man never gave up. Thats all you can ask for. Comment: Mark Freedman went above and beyond representing me on a major moving violation. He was extremely responsive and always picked up the phone when I called. The couple times I sent him an email, he responded within in minutes. I have rarely seen an attorney be so responsive and willing to answer questions. He called me as soon as he had results and then also sent a detailed email about an hour later that explained the results and everything else I needed to do with the court to close this matter for good.Right from the start, Mark laid out the process and what he was aiming for as a result. Comment: Driving home from work one evening I received a speeding ticket. While I should have been paying closer attention to the speed limit, I was extremely worried about the effect this would have on my driving record and insurance record. Because of this I looked for a reputable attorney and came across Freedman Law Group. After leaving him a message, Mark Freedman called me first thing the next day and explained the whole process, including that while every case is different, he hoped to at least reduce the points and offense. After a couple of weeks, he called and gave me the great news that he was able to get the points reduced down to a non-moving violation.
