He didn’t even charge me the full estate fees because the way that we were going to try to get it done didn’t work out and he took full responsibility for that, and went above and beyond to make sure that we could get this done in a timely fashion And without breaking the bank. Comment: The past 2 years were by for the worst thing that ever happened to me. I left an abusive and controlling relationship and the father was able to afford an attorney and received full custody. At the time I couldnt afford one, it got really ugly and he was able to control the whole situation once again. This led me spiraling down. He was eventually able to get it so that I couldnt even see my daughter. Its been a long 2 year battle to which I was losing. I was finally able to afford an attorney this year and heard great things about Brandon Poltorak. I hired him and it was the best choice I could have made! He was patient and understanding, took this situation very seriously and did a tremendous job representing me. Needless to say Im on top of the world right now and couldnt have had a better outcome. I was an intense two day trail to which they tried to rip me apart. Brandon stuck to the facts and and showed the judge just how far I had come and why the is no reasonable excuse to which I shouldnt be able to have my daughter back in my life. Comment: I hired Marcus Garske for my divorce. It was obviously a long and difficult road that I was completely unprepared to handle alone. At no point did I believe that Marcus wasn’t guiding me in the right direction. What was most important to me was that i got 50/50 custody of my son, he made sure that happened. He always returned my phone calls and was constantly a guiding light during the longest, scariest and most difficult time in my life. The staff at the office including the other lawyers were ALL friendly, helpful and completely welcoming whenever I walked inside or called the office. Hiring Marcus was BY FAR the best decision I’ve ever made and I’ll never use another lawyer for anything ever again.
