My attorney Joe Brugnoli was very helpful in my case and was able to make sure I avoided any jail time and was able to persuade the prosecutor to drop my charges from high BAC to just a regular OWI. Comment: My story is a strange one but I feel that William Amadeo deserves to have the world know of what happened. I was facing a drug possession charge in Ingham County. The cop had me dead to rights. While on bond, I had another drug possession charge in Lapeer County. Then, at the same time, I was charged with distribution of cocaine in Washtenaw County. After the first possession charge, I called Grabel and Associates. Scott Grabel put William Amadeo on my Ingham County case and William was working towards a 7411 and no jail. This is when I got caught in Lapeer. The Lapeer case was much more difficult. William explained to me that if we took the plea in Ingham before the Lapeer case was heard I would not get a deal in Lapeer. William then worked the case in Lapeer and kept me out of jail. After that the plan was to work an angle in Ingham and then I was falsely accused of distributing cocaine in Ann Arbor and the truth was that I was just using it. William told me that if I took a plea in Ingham before Ann Arbor I would potentially go to prison so he negotiated a deal where he pushed the Ingham case base and ran a preliminary exam in Washtenaw. After the preliminary examination, the judge called William and the prosecutor up to the bench and told them that “this case needs to settle.” William spoke to the prosecutor and bought me time in Washtenaw. He then got me HYTA in Ingham County with no jail. When we finally go to Circuit Court in Washtenaw, William negotiated to have me plea to a misdemeanor and no jail. After being charged with life altering offenses, I walked out with only a misdemeanor on my record. How he did this I’ll never know

From the very beginning Scott promptly responded to my website case information submission and was extremely proactive and attentive to the case. If I had not hired Scott and had his proactive handling of the case, to avoid being charged for these false accusations, it would have been detrimental to my family and career.Scott felt like a family member going to bat for you and the passion he has for defending you cannot he equaled. Comment: I called Scott Grabels office after 11 pm on a Saturday night and left a message with his answering service regarding a relative that had been arrested and was due to see a judge the next day. He called me back that same evening. He explained what my relative should be expecting over the next 24 hours as well as next steps that would need to be taken. He was very thorough, clear, and honest with his explanations and turned a horribly terrifying experience into one I could face with confidence and a sense of calm. While it turns out the charges were dropped, so we did not need to hire Scott for his services (which he was genuinely happy about although it meant losing money), I would have felt completely comfortable hiring him and am 100% certain he would have done an excellent and caring job representing my relative. I would recommend him to anyone .

She told me to keep my phone line open and an attorney would call me promptly. Within an hour and a half, a very knowledgeable attorney discussed my case for twenty minutes and told me what to do. Pro Bono! Free! He told me if what he advised didnt satisfy the retailer, call him back and he would take my case. Wow. I couldnt believe it. No b.s. He was very kind and didnt talk down to me.
