Originally I was just going to get a Will done but he also did Financial/Medical Power of Attorneys and a Deed for a very reasonable price. He is friendly, thorough, and efficient. I was very nervous as this was my first offense and of all the offices that I called Alex was the only one that picked up the phone listened to my full story and gave me full advice on the matter, from there we had a formal discussion later on and he walked me through the process. Every step of the way he was professional, very detailed, highly responsive and provided great education on the law and proceedings. I am very happy with my outcome and the help that I received for Hermanowski Law. (March 2021)Quick Update (11/22/2021)Through the help of Alex I was able to be discharged early and I was well represented by him. Comment: We had our estate plan and trust written 9 years ago by someone who is now retired. Our assets have become much more complicated since that time and we felt we needed a checkup. Additionally, we wanted to make a change to our Trustees in the event something happened to both of us. We expected to be told we needed an entire new trust written at an extremely high cost. Alex gave us great advice to get us started and told us how to approach the changes with as little cost to us as possible. We are still working on everything, but it is refreshing to have found someone who is so honest and focused on helping us at a fair price. Comment: I was facing two serious charges that could have a major affect on my life. An unfair situation to which I had a lawyer tell me they would eat me alive and Id lose and go to jail. I honestly felt defeated and hopeless. It made me completely stressed that it physically made me sick. My dad actually found Mr. Hermanowski and said that he had really great reviews. I called Mr. Hermanowski for a consultation. He REALLY is as nice as everyone here says which shocked me because I havent met a lawyer as nice as him. He told me that he would like to look into my case and give me a fighting chance. He said he is willing to put in the work that other lawyers wouldnt want to do. with one day before court I made the switch.. I was facing two misdemeanor charges for assault and battery...that got dropped to disturbing the peace... I am BEYOND thankful I am so glad he decided to take a chance on me! not only am I able to be worry free about keeping my job but I still have a shot at life! Im so relieved. He is attentive and communicates extremely well. You dont have to worry about whats going on with your case because that line of communication is always open. My case was very unique and very difficult and I was very worried and upset, and had never needed a lawyer before so I had no idea who to turn to. My family googled lawyers in our area and Alex popped up in the results and so I called and explained my case to him and that I was very worried about my case. I had called other lawyers, but Alex was the only that I felt truly cared about my situation and actually wanted to help me and make things right. Multiple lawyers my family talked to didn’t even want to take my case because it seemed too difficult and they didn’t want to bother trying, but Alex was completely willing to help and said he was up for the challenge. He worked closely with my family and I and truly put his best foot forward. After all his hard work he was able to help me win my case and bring peace to my mind.
