Comment: Chris H. Is awesome!! He helped me bail my boyfriend out within a hour and was extremely helpful. I had never used a bail bondsman before and he was so detail and when over everything! He explained what each step was and took his time to explain again if you didn’t understand. I didn’t have to call a bunch of times when I called either. I just called once time and they answered on this 2nd ring!! Honestly I would recommend everyone who needs help with a bail bondsman! Especially if you’ve never had to deal with one before; very informational and very friendly!!

Comment: They are super fast! When you call they answer right away, you don’t have to leave a voice mail and wait for them to call you back. Chris is very helpful. He explains how things go, explains the bond process and goes into detail about each thing. I called him and he met me at the jail within a hour and a half.!! Very polite and super friendly! I would most definitely recommend iron side to be your first call when dealing with tough times!

Comment: Chris is EXCELLENT with customer service. He was the first bail bondsman I called, and I didnt have to look further. I knew nothing about how bonds work, and Chis took the time to explain everything to me. I was worried about my brother being in jail. He has a lot of health issues going on. Chis met me up at the jail and my brother was out in 1/2 an hour. I thank Chris for his fast service, and giving me peace of mind.
