Comment: Over the years I have often professionally crossed paths with Mr. Baynton. I have always found him to be a diligent professional that zealously represents his clients in a competent and practical manner.Recently we were on opposite sides of a nasty divorce case that at times was more difficult than necessary due to our respective clients. Nonetheless, Mr. Baynton demonstrated an ability to move the case toward resolution on terms that were reasonable, benefical and most importantly, acceptable to not only his client but ours as well. All the while, Mr. Baynton proved responsive and agressive, yet professional, respectful and courteous.Mr. Bayntons consistent professionalism throughout the case only further cemented our respect for him and his office. As a result, when our office reqired co-counsel on a complex juvenile case involving a death, Mr. Baynton was the first, and only, attorney we consulted with. That case also reached a satisfying outcome, in part, due to Mr. Bayntons assistance.We have been equally pleased with various other interactions with Mr. Baynton and his office. Comment: Thomas is a great lawyer, and went beyond my expectations. He represented me in a matter that was not resolved from a divorce I had 4 years ago. This was that one piece that needed to be finished but was dragged out by the other party for months. It wasnt an easy job, but Thomas represented me and my right to finalize the matter. He worked with both parties keeping each of our rights in mind and even when it seemed like they would not agree to moving forward. Thomas worked to keep the peace and ensure the process was worked through until the end. He is very knowledgable, explained rights and law to me that would of been hard for me to navigate by myself.
