Comment: I contacted Mr. Kelly Lambert III in May 2020. My case was, to date, one of the most strange he (and the judge) had ever seen. I had 2 children with my fiance since seperated from my husband. My husband (knowing they were not his) wanted custody of 1. Kelly fought long and hard utilizing the Revocation of Paternity Act to establish the correct father and nullify any chance that my spiteful husband would gain 50/50 custody. Because custody tied into my divorce he even went above and beyond and drafted my divorce too. This was not a part of our original financial agreement, but Kelly stayed on until the job was done. Today January 28th, 2021 I am completely divorced with full legal and physical custody of both my children thanks to him and his infinite legal knowledge. I would recommend Kelly Lambert III, and his very helpful assistant Taylor to anyone facing custody, divorce, or license revocation issues! My outcome is exactly what I hoped for, and what him and his team dedicated themselves to! Thank you Kelly!

Comment: There are many things that stood out to me with my experience working with Mr. Lambert. First and foremost - his professionalism. It was my first time in a situation that required a lawyer. I called a lot of different offices in the Kent County area and was very discouraged with how my conversations went. Then I got a hold of Mr. Lambert. He was a very calming presence during a time that was very stressful for me. He was optimistic and also realistic; he presented the facts after hearing about my case and was confident that he could help me. Even after the first conversation with him I felt 100 times better about the predicament I was in.He was very pleasant to work with. His assistants were all great and friendly. He told me what he needed from me and when he needed it by. He listened to what I had to say, took it seriously, and continued to reassure me. Comment: Kelly G Lambert III and his assistant, Michelle, are an excellent team! Kelly was able to review the charges and information of my case and deftly focus on the issues that matter while bypassing fluff with no bearing on the outcome. Hes not someone whom you should be commiserating with about your fears. Get a therapist - its cheaper! Allow Kelly to effectively use the time youve paid him for. Kelly is a man of few words but works quietly behind the scenes. Based on the results Kelly Lambert produced in my case, those few words were strategically spoken. I was facing at least 5 years of imprisonment and fines (based on the inflated collection of charges brought against me). As a result of the skilled negotiations by Attorney Lambert, a plea bargain for 180 days house arrest and probation were ultimately agreed to. A note of personal opinion: I noted the 4.2-star rating doesnt tell the whole story. Virtually EVERY rating of Kelly Lambert III is a 5-STAR RATING, with the exception of several dissatisfied 1-stars. Clients arent wishy-washy about Kelly, they clearly have the highest respect for his performance, as do I.

Comment: Our teenage son was seriously injured in a car accident while fleeing from the police in the fall of 2016 (thank God, nobody else was seriously injured) Upon his release from the rehab facility, he was arrested and charged with a 2nd degree fleeing and eluding, a 10 year max. prison sentence. Kelly was able to get the charges dropped to a 3rd degree fleeing and eluding, a 5 year max. Our son was facing one of the toughest judges in the Grand Rapids court system, so needless to say we were very nervous about the outcome of his sentence. I must admit, Kelly was not the greatest communicator during this entire process; HOWEVER we are now convinced that he worked his magic behind the scenes without us even knowing. Our sons final sentence.......10 months jail time, with NO probation!! We were ecstatic with the outcome of his sentence and would recommend Kelly Lambert to anybody that is in need of a great lawyer! Well done Kelly!
