Comment: I cannot begin to describe how happy my wife and I were with the whole staff at Rathi Law. Carrah was our main contact and was constantly available to speak with. No matter how small of a question she responded quickly and always had the right answer. While applying for my green card Roger also made himself available for questioning and made sure that both my wife and I were over prepared for any instance that popped up. Comment: Steve Jones - Roger Rathi- Highly Expert and Efficient Immigration Lawyer. My family and I went to see Roger to move from an expiring R1 status and apply for Green Cards for our family. Roger was very knowledgeable about both the law and the USCIS practice. You get the sense that he really knows what he is talking about, without him appearing over-confident. He is highly professional in dealing with clients and does not say something that he cannot back up. He and his team pay great attention to detail. We found it very easy to work with and trust him and he was always open and straightforward with us throughout the process. We had a few minor issues with the USCIS along the way and he dealt with them calmly and confidently. I am a British barrister (trial lawyer) and I can say, as one lawyer about another, that Roger Rathi is without doubt a quality attorney.
