Comment: I wanted an attorney with fire in his/her belly who would be able to retrieve from a local authority equipment that had been unnecessarily confiscated and held for close to a year. Neither the judges order authorizing release of the equipment nor my repeated requests resulted in release of my equipment.Mr. Margolis was recommended to me by another attorney. I contacted him, met with him that same afternoon, and by Friday morning, the proper papers had been prepared, and disseminated to all pertinent parties. While the holders of my property held on until the last minute, I was able to pick up my property within the deadline declared by Mr. Margolis. I cannot adequately express my gratitute for the speedy and effective way Mr. Margolis handled my case. I will not hesitate to contact him again should I ever need legal representation.
