The criminal justice system can be very overwhelming and confusing if you are unfamiliar with the intricacies of the judicial process. With that said if you find yourself on the other side of the law a majority of the time it’s because you made a poor choice and one must accept responsibility for their action - but what I submit to you is a fair and equatable outcome and that is what Mary Beth delivered. The job of the State is to prosecute even add charges as filed and if you don’t have representation you will most defiantly receive the full wrath of the State. Mary Beth will navigate through the case with your best interest at hand fighting for the most desirable outcome and that is exactly what she did. Comment: I recommend Mary Beth KurI hired Mary Beth when I unexpectedly became entangled in an awful situation and felt that my future could be forever grim. She was somehow able to make things work out better than I, or anyone expected! Mary Beth is the most assertive and aggressive person I know.I dont know what my life may have been like had I hired any other lawyer, but I am confident I would not be where I am today if not for her representation.She was able to manage my situation to leave me with minimal negative impact on my life, while maintaining the ability to later clear me from any long term consequences.I certainly recommend her to anyone I know who has run afoul of anything in their life and who might need legal representation or defense in Court. My most convincing explanation for recommending her to those whom I know may need her help, has been; Hire Marybeth quickly before your opponent hires her, because I cant imagine how dire your situation could become if your opponent hires her first!
