Initially, he was able to schedule my initial consultation promptly where he was direct, to the point and able to provide me with reassurance and reasonable, possible outcomes. Throughout the court process, Foy kept in constant contact with me via email and phone calls where he handle every process, plea and outcome with professionalism. The overall outcome was not what we had quite been hoping for but that was no fault of his own and rather the court system. Its been a difficult time as I was also diagnosed with an incurable disease.Every hearing we had with the Trustee,Foy would review every detail with usEvery step that was taken from how our taxes were handled & filed, to the final dismissal of our bankruptcy, Foy was there for us. Comment: Could do more to explain things happening with your case after its filed. Bankruptcy law seems clear as mud. Other than that a good experience for the most part.
