Comment: Had a university student who was offended by the content of a western art survey course from Renaissance to Modern and filed a Title 7 complaint because he felt it was offensive to his identities to have to learn about Christian art. Mr. Nacht was a wonderful advocate for my rights as a teacher and got a rather ridiculous and overzealous administrative prosecution shut down promptly.

Comment: Although no lawsuit is fun to enter into, having this team on your side definitely made the experience better than imagined. They were the most empathetic, kind, and compassionate lawyers I feel that could ever exist. They are very communicative and help you to understand the process as best as they can. Nothing but great things to say about them. I worked with Nick and Amanda.

Comment: So grateful I was referred to Nick Roumel at Nacht Law. I worked for an at will employer that laid off more than one staff wrongfully and i decided that I was not going to be one of them. The entire staff knew my termination was wrong and encouraged and supported me to do something about this. I was 60 years old, no graduate degree and my plans of a retirement party and leaving on my time were vanquished. I felt more than ready to challenge their decision.This was not a big case for Nick, (he is very informal) but it was a big case for me. I was not well paid but this was also about principal. Nick was professional, eloquent, and commanded respect by his very presence. The defendants lawyers were no match for his knowledge and well chosen rhetoric. Nick walked me through the legal system, and always responded immediately to my emails (sometimes very late at night or on weekends). He is clearly dedicated to his work and takes even the smallest of cases seriously. I learned quickly to trust him impeccably and followed his every advice.Nick secured a nice settlement for me without going to court. It was such a pleasure to work with him in spite of a very emotional situation for me. I so totally recommend him.
