Comment: Brian was better than I ever expected of an attorney. I’ve never been a fan of attorneys and needed them in the past but Brian has changed that view for me. The charges were Torture, three counts of CSC 1st degree injury, Assault-weapon, Domestic Violence, Failure to report an Accident, Assault by Strangulation, and Operating while Intoxicated. My brother was facing four life sentences for these alleged crimes. Mr. Prain worked tirelessly for two years on the case, while my brother sat in jail. Comment: Brian was flawless from the very start. Before finding Brian, I had talked to multiple other attorneys who couldnt even give me more than a few minutes of their time during the consult before changing completely to talking about money. I knew that Brian was different from the very first phone conversation I had with him. Brian talked with me for an hour and a half about various aspects of my case and what I could expect throughout the process without even mentioning fees. Brian was very responsive and professional during all portions of my case. He always asked for feedback and accommodated my needs. The case ended up going to trial and the result was not guilty on all charges. Both the prosecutor and the judge complemented Brian during the trial. Comment: My boss hired Brian as his attorney for a very serious CSC charge of a former employee accusing him of false accusations. The girl made everything up to try to win the case so she could follow up with a civil suite. I testified as a witness in the case. I was very impressed of how great of a job Brian did. His closing statement was so professional, i felt like i was watching law & order lol.. My boss was found NOT GUILTY all ALL ACCOUNTS. I highly recommend Brian as a attorney. Comment: Brain saved my life. I was accused of assaulting a girl who was a minor and I had NEVER EVER touched her. Brian fought for me and I was found not guilty by jury. He is by far the best lawyer I have ever used and he knew every detail of my case by memory. When I was in jail he came to visit several times and we would spend hours going over my situation. He put his heart into my case and for the first time in my life I felt I had a lawyer who truly cared what happened to me. When your in jail fighting a case there is nothing worse then having a lawyer who wont get ahold of you. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM. He was there when I needed him. Comment: I couldnt have asked for a better attorney than Brian. I was falsely accused of a felony crime. Right from the start he believed in me and immediately started working on my case. He game planned through every step and aggressively worked to prove my innocence. Even a judge told him he was doing an excellent job for his client. He was consistently more prepared than the prosecutors ever were. After 11 months of playing the judicial game, our case was dismissed. The way Brian prepared for everything, I can only surmise that the prosecutor knew he could not win this case. My wife and I are so thankful that we went to Brian for help. Brian stood out from every attorney I spoke with, to the point where I knew from our initial phone conversation, that I wanted him to represent me. I ran into all types of personalities during my search for an attorney, but nobody I spoke with left me feeling better about my situation, or like I had been truly listened to or understood...except Brian. Mr. Prain expressed his understanding of what I was going through and acknowledged the amount of stress that criminal charges can put on a person, and showed a remarkable level of empathy towards both myself and my family. Brian whole heartedly believed in my case, fighting against trusted officials. We took my case to a jury trial and we WON not guilty on ALL my charges. I hired attorney brian prain after a long research of lawyers in the metro detroit area and after what i remember to be 6 phone calls to other top lawyers around the area, none of them stood out like brian prain. After the phone call with him i knew right away this was my best chance to get the best possible result out of my horrible situation. I was facing up to five years for a third offense domestic violence with petty allegations but being taken so very serious. I know in my heart that the allegations and the statment agenst me were beefed up and for the most part untrue and made up.. No one beleived me but myself and brian prian.. Long story short after a couple sit downs with brian and letting him do his hard work we went to court one time, he walk in to the prosectutors office twenty heart pumping minutes later walked out calm as could be and said so casually Case dismissed.... 30 minutes and some paperwork later i was standing outside the court with a peice of paper that said charges dismissed, bond money to be refunded and i can finally return back into my house that I own thats in my name only yet i had not been able to step foot into for the past 40 days... 3 months later im still a free man writing this review... Brian Prain is my only recomendation for anybody in a situation of a assultive case.. Thank you Brian!! Justice served!!!
