Comment: My visit was to accompany my aunt with her to update her estate desires. Reception was just ok. Waited about 15 min. Entered a private room with a meeting round table. Felt very comfortable in the presence of Miss Kelsey, who answered all our questions & simplified details to the trusts & estate plans. Consultation on my own upcoming appointment was appreciated, so I know what to bring to the appointment for an easy transition. I would recommend Simasko for Elder Law Consults.

Both my parents and I were very appreciative of the time that was taken to get all the details correct as well as the caring way he dealt with their needs.I now needed an update to my own trust and once again Jim and Simasko Law did all that was promised, caringly, and with great attention to detail. He is a very good lawyer & knows his stuff & knows many judges in Macomb County!! His assistant Angel I cant express how smart she is & very dedicated to James Simanskos clients! You wont be disappointed!! I would recommend hiring him for any court cases for probate court or making a will or criminal law cases or legal advice for your loved ones!! He won my case in probate court which was a very difficult case & seemed impossible !! I had many sleepless nights !! But James Simansko Won my case!!!!!!! His legal advice was, surprisingly, not to hire him! He called himself, the worlds worst salesperson, after assessing my familys case and determining that we truly didnt need legal help. Now THAT is rare in this world, and says everything I need to know about Pats character. He demonstrated that he was out for the best interest of his client. Kudos! Comment: An exceptional law firm that delivered everything they promised. We met with James Simasko and his firm 6 years ago for estate planning for our Uncle who then needed assisted living. The Simasko staff set him up with will, trust and even helped him obtain a Veterans pensipn benefit which we hadnt been aware of. This benefit has been the main reason our Uncle was able to meet the added costs pf assisted living, bringing him over $100,000 over this period. We are now settling our Uncles estate and are happy to find each element of the estate is able to be rrsolved exactly as the Simasko firm had indicated with no fuss, no probate and no added expense. These folks are good.
