Comment: When my significant other was arrested they told him that he would be charged with a misdemeanor, and when he got to jail they told him it had changed to a felony. He was facing up to ten years in prison. I searched online for a lawyer and came across Jeff Perlman. He was definitely the man for this task. He answered his phone the first time I called agreed to meet with us quickly so we could set up a contract before the court date and show him all the paperwork to be able to discuss the case. Not only that but financially as well he was completely affordable and kept his word to us the whole way through. Jeff said he could most likely get the case dismissed and he did just that. We are so thankful that we found him. He is trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend him to everyone. He is patient polite and he helped us keep our family together. He was very clear on exactly what would happen in my case, and he even worked with me a little financially. He got my old felony thrown out, just like he said he would. I was shocked in how quickly the process took, and I didnt have to pay any fines or spend any time in jail, which is major!! If you need an attorney, Jeff Perlman is your guy. He explained to me what the possible outcome would be & that’s exactly what it was. He responds to text, email and answers the phone past business hours. If not, one of his assistants will call back. I had 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon and could have faced years away and Jeff consistently told me not to worry. No matter how many times I called him he calls you right back and answers any questions. When court day came I was freaking and again Jeff calmed me down and then got ALL CHARGES DISMISSED. Jeff found that the prosecution didnt have enough evidence and challenge that fact, so there was no need to proceed to a trial and yes!!! he had all my charges dropped and my case dismissed.
