Comment: I was (wrongfully) charged with a traffic misdemeanor in Sterling Heights. Even from the beginning of my conversations with Eric and his team, I knew my case was being handled professionally and I was confident that I had a fighting chance. Eric met with the city attorney and, after presenting all the evidence, they had no choice but to drop the charges. I would absolutely recommend the Michigan Legal Team to anyone! Thanks Eric!

Comment: Ive said it before and Ill say it a million times this man right here is a godsend he fell into my good graces as my court-appointed and I was in the little bit of trouble and this man helped me just as my court-appointed from going to jail. so I then hired him and he has been my lawyer and my family lawyer and the only lawyer I will ever recommend to people as he treats you with respect hes very honest he doesnt BS you he tells you like it is whether hes familiar with the county or hes not very knowledgeable gentleman as well as the rest of his colleagues at Michigan legal team as I have had to use a few others there and different cases concerning myself or my spouse and let me tell you Ive always been happy with the outcome.. I recommend hiring this man or one of his many colleagues

And when you get your license back are you trying to fight a ticket do you have to do the things he tells you to do and it will help you and he will help you ... Comment: So, Im a 21 year old male with a red sports car. Im an absolute cop magnet and my insurance payments are horrible. I got pulled over for speeding on woodward last month. Eric fought my speeding ticket in court and completely saved me! Thanks to him, I wont be getting a point on my record. My insurance premium wont shoot up and the ticket fine got cut in half! Overall, I am very satisfied with the performance of The Michigan Legal Team. Thanks guys!

In All Instances He Has Went “Above and Beyond.” The Connotation or Stigma In The Market About Lawyers and Not Being Fair or Consistent With Their Time Spent With Client vs. The Billing Rate Charged Would Definitely Not Be Able To Include Mr. Kutinsky In This Judgement. To The Contrary, The Amount of Time He Invests Combined With When He Makes This Time Investment Has Proven Time and Time Again That His Primary Goal Is To Service and Represent His Client To The Best of His Ability. If This Means Meeting His Client On a Holiday or Taking Time From His Children’s Activities, By All Means He Does What Is Needed.
