The opposing attorney was a rude, foul-mouthed misogynist, and often didn’t respond to important emails and communication during the divorce process if it came from women at the firm helping with the case. Wayne did not play along with the opposing attorney’s posturing and unprofessional tactics; nor did he entertain any unreasonable requests during mediation. Wayne is very knowledgeable and answered my questions during the process. I know that every case is different and I didn’t always agree with how some of the staff handled certain situations; however, overall I’m satisfied with the outcome of my case.

I contacted this law firm and Wayne told me what we were going to do, because I know nothing about law, and he got it down. He willing accepted my custody case when other lawyers would only offered a bit of advice over the phone and a recommendation that I should wait and see before taking action. Mr. King and his assistant Leah met with me very quickly and got started. Due to the circumstances of my case there wasnt much that could be done at first, however it was comforting knowing that I had someone in my corner to worry about the legal stuff freeing up time that I could then put towards taking care of my daughter.As of today it appears my case will soon be resolved and I will have full custody of my little girl. Mr. King openly informed me from the beginning that there was no guarantee that the results would go the way I hoped. He has been realistic throughout, never promising anything other than to do his best and see what happens.I read a review that heavily knocked Mr. Kings abilities due to how his own custody case worked out. During our first meeting he told me about how his divorce and custody battle went, for him to freely talk about how things did not turn out the way he wanted in his own situation shows in my opinion a true strength. I would rather have 1 lawyer that is honest and realistic than 1,000 lawyers that are unrealistic liars.I hope that once my case is finished I will never need a lawyer again, however if I find myself in need again I will not hesitate to give Mr. King a call.
