I was denied by the secretary of state and he appealed the decision and I was able to get my full driving privileges reinstated without an interlock device. He is a knowledgeable attorney. Mr. Blata was my attorney in a case where I was looking at a felony in possession of a firearm, felony in possession of ammo, as well as a habitual offender charge. As sticky of a situation as it was, Mr. Blata went to work and found a case law that was very beneficial to my case. This hard work and dedication and representation for me paid off as the outcome of the case ended in all felony charges , as well as the habitual offender charge , all being dismissed . I came to Triton Legal with two OWI offenses the Secretary Of State revoked my license and I needed help. The team got me set up with an appointment very quickly and started discussing my offenses and what needed to be done. So he pled guilty, then they changed their mind to 180 days in jail, and he continues his probation. My friend will probably lose his business and his house. Comment: Yet again Brian Jean helped me better mine and my childs life... 🙌🏻Ill go to war for either one of my kids, but when it comes to either one of their fathers I would/ have gone out of my way to do my very best to at least try and better any situation. Regardless of whatever my feelings may be towards either one of my childrens fathers at the moment, I know I have made children with two men who do love their children. Us parents just dont usually have the ability to agree on everything or anything at all in some cases.In November 2019 I was made aware of my daughters attendance at school. I tried to take many steps to fix the issue. I was never able to make any progress with the issue. I made 4 different attempts trying to work closely with her father, but wasnt able to get anywhere with any type of positive change. I was finally fed up. She has been struggling. I contacted Brian Jean at Triton Legal, and the very next day he was able to assist me with my case. Submitting an emergency ex parte motion with the courts. A hearing was set for the following Friday. Just 5 days away. He did alot of work for me, on top of all his other cases, in just that short amount of time. He had only 4 days to prepare for this hearing!!! Wow, Amazing! At the end of the hearing the judge ordered that my daughter be in my custody during the school year, and me and her father switch every other weekend. While during the summer we agreed to switch every other week, and follow the holiday parenting schedule provided by the courts. That was a very hard decision for me to make, going to court for a custody change. However it needed to be done. My daughters father loves her very much, and I know that. Thats why it was hard for me to make that choice, but Im thankful he agreed that this is in our daughters best interest. Im so thankful for my lawyer Brian Jean. Without him I would have been so lost and overwhelmed. Im thankful that my daughter might now have a better chance to grasp the responsibility of going to school and obtaining an education.I am not posting this to bash my daughters father. I am honestly thankful for him, and sooo proud of him. As he made a very difficult decision in light of whats best for our daughter. Im thankful of the time spent together, otherwise we wouldnt have our beautiful, smart, sassy daughter. I am posting this status as a thank you! To not only my daughters father, but also to my lawyer Brian. I highly recommend Brian you guys. He has also assisted me in many other case not just my custody arrangements. Divorce, tickets, and criminal charges are all other things hes helped me get through. If any of you are having an issue I do suggest you contacting Brian at Triton Legal, and mention my name.
