Comment: I honestly do not know how to start this(read all or skip to last sentece). The work Howard, Justin and their firm has done for me I simply cannot put into words, but I will try. Prior to them I reached out to other firms that either came in at much higher price, or did not want to fully support what I wanted to achieve. One call with this firm and I was sold, they fully supported and understood what I wanted to achieve by hiring them. The outcome I got from hiring them was cost effective, but most importantly they worked a miracle of a case that I had honestly lost faith in. I now do not feel like theres a hold on me or that I am powerless anymore, the anxiety that I had is lifted off my shoulders, and honestly I feel liberated. I know its allot but if anyone reads this far down, hire these guys do not waste time/money on anyone else in the WHOLE state, they will 100% fight for you and for what you want! Comment: This firm did go out of the way to give me good information I would need in my case. But couldnt take my case do to distance with it being based out of traverse city. Those who are reading this in particular males who are in this system should be looking for a good firm like this one and hold them above the rest so they can get stations in your area. In traverse city it feels like deep state is throwing all males under the bus with their children going as far to even remove fathers without cause. People are mortified with Amber Har on just one girl trying to ruin one mans life, move to traverse city and see what a group of these little girls can do. It is organized crime on the level of the catholic church with literally most of the lawyers in traverse city being in there pocket. I believe traverse city and northern Michigan in general needs a white night on males side like this firm for their children. Not just males either sons should be with the fathers and daughters with their mothers. Energy should remain with its energy until one shows it is uncapable and vice versa. Thats not even any special understanding thats legitimately nature. These judges literally went to collage and still cant grasp that much. Somebody has to stop this old way of thinking and fix this before it gets to late. Lets do our best and get the right firms rich so they have the opportunity to help everyone, traverse city needs lawyers like these guys. Doing the best for the people as a lawyer should never be at risk especially now that law dose not run on sound argument anymore but magic words to tie you down with bureaucracy instead of logic a tactic favored by the women to spread its mental brand of confusion. There dose seem to be an invisible war of the logical and not. The Ying and yang if you will, and what happens here in the coming years will decide what our children will be raised in. May we all do our best

Comment: I reached out (via email) to the Van Den Heuvel Law Office for a consultation. I was called back almost immediately. The entire situation I was dealing with was listened to intently and I was given excellent advice and direction. To be honest, I expect attorneys to be rather cold and detached, but I got the sense that my situation actually mattered and my case would be fought for.I was give solid legal advice and practical steps to follow as a course of action. I was told that taking these steps may resolve the issue on its own (since I was being falsely accused, my main intention was to get those spreading rumors to stop, but was prepared to take action if that did not happen) The advice I was given seems to have been very effective, but I feel very confident that if I continue to face problems, the Van Den Heuvel Law Office is going to take care of this quickly, efficiently and professionally.As a side note, Im surprised by some of the reviews that claim they only want your money. That was so far from the impression I got. In fact, I was told they would be quite happy for me if I was able to resolve this on my own and never even hired their firm. The consultation was free and the advice given was priceless. Im out nothing and they gave me their valuable time to help me out. If I find myself in a situation again where I need this type of attorney, this is where Im going to turn. Yes, attorneys charge money- and for good reason, and I will pay them whatever their rate is because after my experience Ive already had with them, I guarantee its more than fair. Comment: I had the divorce from hell. My husband took all of my stuff and locked me out of the house when I was at work. Then the judge would not let me back in to get my stuff or see my children. Howard hammered those SOBs and I even got joint legal and physical of our children.Howard was a good friend though all of this and an aggressive fighter for me. I dont know what I would have done without him.
