Comment: I highly recommend turning to Mr. Bill Keogh for any legal speed bumps you may find yourself in. I was recommended Mr. Keogh by a few friends of mine when I put myself into an OWI situation. I was distraught but was put at ease right away. Bill is highly qualified as he has been in the Judicial System for decades. He has worked on both sides so he knows the ins and outs of the law. He has worked many years as a Prosecutor and owns his own private practice as a defense attorney. I recommend retaining him. Nothing is worse than having to be in the dark while your case plays out. He communicates with you every step of the way via email, phone consults, as well as having in person meetings. He is really passionate at what he does and you can really see how great he is while he is speaking on your behalf to the Judge and Prosecutors. My OWI was plead down to an Operating While Visibly Impaired and I got the best outcome with his help: Fines and Costs and NO PROBATION!
