They explained the legal process, gave sound legal advice and answered our countless questions throughout. He described the process in great detail and answered all my questions about wills, estate planning and trusts. After the initial meeting, we trusted Michael to proceed with the process. Shortly after, they provide us with a detailed checklist of things we needed to complete and things that they would be providing us with. In the following month or so everything was pulled together and we gathered for signing of all the documents for filing of the trust.Willis Law was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient for our estate planning needs. I was looking for that SPARKE that made me know... THIS IS THE LAW FIRM THAT CAN DO IT!So, one day I got in my car and decided I was going to various law firms I have already called... or so I thought. I thought I contacted Willis Law about my case already, yet I did not. I ended up in their greeting area with a very confused receptionist.The receptionist was so kind and decided to... try to help... and before I knew it I was speaking to one of Willis partners, Donald Smith. Donald was extremely perceptive and asked very detailed questions after he heard my case out. This made me KNOW he actually was HEARING my case and processing if the law firm could help. Shortly thereafter he recommended Samuel Gilbertson, who he stated was on of the BEST. Plus Donald noted that Sam is not afraid to go up against HARD CHANRGING and even unethical lawyers as that is what I was dealing with too. This is NOT THE NORM FOR A LAWYER I ASSURE YOU. Many claim this yet is NOT THE CASE! I did wonder if this claim would be accurate yet after several court hearings I can honestly say... IT IS A VERY FAIR STATMENT! All are hard workers and very knowledgeable at their jobs.DO NOT get antsy if you are not babysat by this law firm... They KNOW what they are doing and they do it wisely.
